WHAT WE DELIVER:
At Maunder Ward HR Specialists, we want to provide employers with a service in-line with traditional HR values. We enable employers to focus on the running of the business as opposed to the management and retention of employees. We understand the need for clients to build a business relationship with their HR support and therefore provide a face to face service rather than a call centre-based approach.

 We are based in the centre of Cardiff (Trade Street) and can provide conference rooms, training facilities and meeting rooms (with parking) should our clients require the use of facilities off-site.

Juliette graduated from college in 1989 with a BA Hons Degree in History and Geography and has worked as an HR professional for over 15 years.

Juliette has extensive experience in disciplinary and grievance case work, sickness absence management, mediation, policy writing and TUPE (the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006).

As a trained mediator she has maintained a 99% success rate with the cases she has managed.

Juliette specialises in delivering HR services to Local Education Authorities and Schools. She has extensive experience in advising on school restructures and negotiating and working with Trade Unions.

Sarah graduated in 1996 with a BA Hons Degree in Combined Studies (Majoring in Law) and shortly after began working in Human Resources. She went on to complete her Post Graduate Diploma in HRM as well as a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management with the ILM.

 Sarah has extensive experience in policy writing, delivery of training to managers and school governors, responses to employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance case work, and sickness absence management.

 Sarah is a qualified workplace investigator, mediator and member of CIPD.

Sarah specialises in workplace based investigations, training for governors and head teachers, change management, policy writing and mediation.
